At e-Prism, we have developed an orderly procedure by which we plan, design, and produce your custom solution to ensure fast, professional results.  This page outlines our web design process. This information is provided to make the web design process easier and smoother for both the client and the web designer.

Step 1 Understanding the clients business, mission, issues and expectations of how the Internet can be of value to them is the first step. Defining their presence, whether it be by creating their first logo, incorporating established brands, or developing effective and powerful business applications, we bring value that creates presence and results.
 
Step 2 A schematic provides a visual explanation of what we envision. Functionality and flow become clear to the client. Checklists and timelines are prepared for the client so that content collection is simplified and organized, and all parties know the milestones and key dates to keep on schedule – key to good communications.  Successful communication brings successful results.
 
Step 3 Time with our professional designers provides the direct communication that results in the fluid design of a successful solution with the look, feel and functionality required. Clients review and approve composites of the proposed solution before functional development begins, ensuring a solid start.
 
Step 4 Our technical staff, armed with schematic, functional specifications, an approved layout and all client content are ready to efficiently produce high quality navigation and back end functionality (e-commerce, database, chat rooms, etc).  The client quickly sees a 'Preview' – a functional, although partial, solution to ensure that expectations are being met.
 
Step 5 After all internal testing is complete, it's the client's turn. We request their feedback and list of requests for modifications or revisions.

 
Step 6 Upon client's final approval, implementation is achieved and the solution goes 'Live' for the world to see. 

 
Step 7 Once launched, we move to the optional maintenance phase. With the site being live 24/7 around the world, we continuously work with interacting users and update the site to keep it current. This will ensure your visitors return. This phase of a project is also where users and clients request for updates and new features. Our progressive maintenance strategy is always moving forward making this phase top priority.
