About the Consultation |
You have the option to receive consultation over the
phone or in person. Phone consultation is FREE. If you
live in the Detroit Metropolitan area and would like
us to come to you - we will - for a service fee
of $100. We consult between the hours of 10:00
a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. The $100 fee must
be paid up front at the beginning of the meeting by
check. If services are selected through ePrism,
this amount will be credited towards the project total
cost.

Do you offer any type of discounts? |
Yes, we offer discounts for schools, non profit organizations
and Chamber of Commerce members.

What happens after I Request Services from ePrism? |
ePrism’s project manager will review you order
form, and a consultant will call and schedule a meeting
time. View our process, for
complete information.

5. How will I be involved in the project? |
You are integral to the success of your project. Beginning
with the Initial Consultation and continuing onto project
launch, you will collaborate with us at every stage
of development. You will also sign off on every deliverable,
to ensure your ongoing satisfaction. We don't move forward
until we are on exactly the same page.

6. If I already have a website / logo and I just
want a makeover, is the charge reduced because it’s
already built? |
No. A makeover is a redesign based-off the current look.
The same time and effort is involved in a redesign as
with the development of a brand new website or logo.

How long does it take to have a web site designed? |
The time frame is determined by the size of your web
site, the complexity of your site design, and our current
client design schedule.

Do you maintain websites? Can I maintain it myself? |
ePrism will only maintain websites initially built by
ePrism. You also have the option of maintaining your
website after we build it. We can even train your employees
to update it.
Maintenance is a fee paid monthly to keep your site
updated with new content that you provide. Most good
web sites have new content updated regularly. Fresh
content is what will keep your visitors coming back.

9. What is a URL? |
It stands for "universal resource locator".
This is the address typed in to view your web page on
the Internet. For example, you would type in http://www.eprismsolutions.com
to accessed our home page.

10. What is a domain name? |
A domain name is a specific web site address that you
choose and register with Hostway. For example,
our domain name is "eprismsolutions.com".

11. What is web hosting? |
Web hosting is a monthly fee that you pay to have your
site accessible on the Internet. We can provide web
hosting for our clients.

12. Can I choose
you to design my site and use my own web hosting? |
Yes.

13. Why can't I find my web site in the search
engines? |
Once your site has been submitted to the top Search
Engines they may require several weeks, or even months
to actually spider and list your web site in their directory.
How fast your site is listed depends on each individual
Search Engines database update schedule. Watch your
server traffic logs for visiting spiders.

How can e-commerce help my business? |

What payment types to do you accept and how will I pay
ePrism? |

We accept Check, Debit or Credit Card. ePrism will send
you an invoice through email. You will then submit payment
online through
Paypal. You do not have to be a member of Paypal
to send us a payment.
At the start of the project, you are only required
to make a deposit of either one half or one third
of the total project cost. The deposit amount
is determine by the total project cost.

Can I have a copy of my project on CD-ROM? |
Yes. It is standard procedure that we mail a copy of
your entire project on CD-ROM after completion?

18. Do you have a back-up copy of my CD-ROM if
I was to lose mine? |
Yes, contact us to request
a copy. Note: Additional copies cost $10.00 and
will be mailed to the address on file. You’ll
be emailed an invoice.
